Instructions:

  • In case of any Complaint/grievance the employee(s)/student(s) and their parent(s)/guardian(s) are requested to fill the following form in detail.
  • The complaint/grievance shall be forwarded to the committee within 15 days of the receipt of the complaint.
  • The employee(s)/student(s)/parent(s) shall be communicated the receipt of the complaint within the stipulated time period. The complaint shall be dealt as per the University Rules and Policies. Anonymous complaints shall not be entertained
