Internships :

RGNUL focuses on combining classroom learning with experiential learning. Medical colleges have hospitals, engineering college shave labs but law schools provide out of campus learning through internships at various Law Firms, Courts, NGO’s, Statutory Commissions and at other places which provide congenial environment to the students of law for understanding the application of law. Every student has to undergo internship at the end of each semester. The university has formulated a comprehensive scheme of internship training for different classes. First year students are required to join NGO’s for a period of four weeks. Second year students undergo training with judges and lawyers at district level. Third year students go for training at the High Courts and the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Fourth and fifth year students are given a free hand to go in for training for six weeks but the internship cell engages their training with corporate houses, leading law firms, Departments of State and Central Government and chambers of senior lawyers.
