In keeping with the requirement of complete transparency and democratic ideals and the commitment of the University for the smooth dissemination of information especially to the Press/Media, following policy is adopted:
- The Press/Media persons shall communicate at a dedicated email address of the University, i.e., pr@rgnul.ac.in. The press/media persons are required to send their query/queries only at this email address, and a factual reply to the query/queries shall be provided at the earliest.
- As far as possible, telephonic communication for seeking information or briefing on various issues of the University from the University Authorities by the media person may please be avoided.
- This arrangement will ensure quick response through the dedicated email and by a designated official.
