GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL FORM
Instructions:
- In case of any Complaint/grievance the employee(s)/student(s) and their parent(s)/guardian(s) are requested to fill the following form in detail.
- The complaint/grievance shall be forwarded to the Nodal Officer within 15 days of the receipt of the complaint.
- The employee(s)/student(s)/parent(s) shall be communicated the receipt of the complaint by the Nodal Officer. The complaint shall be dealt as per the University Rules and Policies. Anonymous complaints shall not be entertained.
