MR. ANUBHAV KUMAR
Assistant Professor of Law
Anubhav Kumar is serving as Assistant Professor of Law (Regular) at the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Patiala since 12th May 2022. Prior to this he was engaged as Assistant Professor of Law (Regular) at National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi since February 2018. Before joining NUSRL he has also served as Assistant Professor at University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, Gujrat National Law University, Gandhinagar and Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. He was also engaged as Research Consultant for Committee on Reforms in Criminal Laws, Ministry of Home Affairs (GoI) and is also one of the subject experts at Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Ministry of Corporate Affairs).
He did his LL.M from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi with specialization in Criminal Law. He is pursuing his Doctorate in the area of Sentencing in Criminal Law from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. He has a teaching experience of almost nine years. He is also a columnist and has published in several National and International journals.
